Terms of Service

1Person is an AI-assisted marketing workspace. It helps you manage your company's brand information, create content, and analyze and plan your marketing, including advertising on platforms you connect.

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and in the company workspaces you manage, including the access you give to team members. Tell us promptly at support@1person.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may connect accounts on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google or Microsoft OneDrive. When you do, you authorize the Service to access them within the permissions you grant, and you remain bound by those platforms' own terms and policies, including their advertising policies.

For Meta advertising, the Service reads your ad account data and can create a new ad draft only after you review and confirm it. The draft is always created paused. Deciding whether to turn any ad on, and the resulting spend, is your decision in the platform itself. Platforms may review, reject or limit ads under their own rules.

You can disconnect a platform at any time in Settings → Integrations.

The Service uses AI models to produce analysis, recommendations and content. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of results. Review output before you rely on it or publish it; you are responsible for what you publish or approve.

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service. You grant us the permission needed to host, process and transmit it only to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that using it with the Service does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You agree not to:

• use the Service to break the law or to create or distribute content that is deceptive, infringing, harassing or otherwise unlawful;
• use the Service to violate the terms or policies of any platform you connect;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to others without our written permission.

Some features use credits. Paid plans and credit top-ups are described on the Pricing page and at checkout, and are billed through Stripe. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew for each billing period until they are cancelled. Taxes may apply.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or where required by law or by a connected platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will achieve any particular business or advertising result.

To the extent permitted by law, 1Person is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service, including advertising spend on connected platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
